About this Meditation:
This voice note was put together by Sarah Oakley to help you get through those tougher days. It can be played whilst you are sat still or walking, driving, cooking etc to encourage resilience, hope and resilience through difficult times.

¨Like all of us I have been through challenges in my life. A few years ago I was totally exhausted by my role as a mother and full time carer to my husband and son.
I had goals I had to drop and we had aspirations as a family that were shattered
as we navigated life with 2 very sick family members.
But as they say, 'the sun always shines after the storm'. My life experiences have forced me to be vulnerable and open. With the support of others, I have discovered the best parts of myself that could have easily remained hidden. I have found my 'brave' and I know you can too, and I can help you with that. Together we are stronger.¨
