What to expect:

This guided meditation uses energy healing, gentle breathwork, progressive relaxation, visualisation and affirmations to calm the mind and body. You will be taken on a beautiful and comforting journey to help you access your inner strength, and resilience, and to persevere through difficult times.


Your tutor:

Brave Bird Pammy is a registered nurse and Mum to beautiful 3 year old boy/girl twins. She is a trained Mindfulness teacher with the British Mindfulness Institute, who works with individuals and groups to lift their mental state, and invite authenticity and strength into their lives with daily meditation practice.  She understands the pain of toxic relationships and abuse and has used mindfulness practice and meditation to help her through her most challenging of times.

 

"Hey to all you brave birds out there, I am Pammy and I’ve spent 17 years of my life as a Nurse and I have always had a caring and nurturing soul. I spent 9 months travelling the world after another broken relationship. I had spent so long always wanting to please others and do what they expected of me, I never spoke up when I was spoken down too or disrespected or undervalued. Yet I knew I deserved far more than the life I was living.

So I packed my bags and travelled the world looking for an adventure, looking for love, and what I found was far more than I had anticipated. I reconnected to my soul, to my purpose. I fell in love with myself and allowed time for self compassion.

I had twins and returned to work during the pandemic which felt really isolating, overwhelming and my health and well-being suffered. I became ill and had really bad anxiety and I felt at times I had no way out. I struggled and coped until I couldn’t cope any more.


It takes a lot of bravery and courage to say enough is enough I want more from my life, I deserve more. Understanding the principles of mindfulness it’s about bringing you back and connecting with yourself. Being present and allowing yourself to heal. Believing in yourself, and trusting your inner guidance. Becoming authentically you.

To all of you who have been hurt, felt alone, abandoned, isolated, forgotten. Let me assure you you are worthy, and you will have the life you want. You just have to take the first step. I stand with you. I carry my wounds and scars as they have made me who I am. Let’s heal together. You’ve got this.
