Dear Brave Bird,

As we start fresh in this new year, I want you to know that there is hope for better days ahead. If you're fed up of having to be ´strong´, I trust that you will find your happy soon.

Remember, despite what your brain may say to you. You are strong and resilient, and you have the courage and determination to overcome any challenge that comes your way.

I am so grateful to have meet so many incredible women since I started this mission last year. I am sending you all love and positive thoughts. In the back ground I am creating more support for you guys. I will let you know as it comes into fruition.

So I hope the new year brings you joy, happiness, and all the good things you deserve. Here's to a bright and wonderful future for you.
